What Arrives in the Mail
The Story Chapters
Each chapter of Flee to the Mountain arrives as a folded booklet, printed on cream paper and sized for comfortable reading.
The booklets are saddle-stitched with two staples and measure 5.5″ × 8.5″. Chapter length varies slightly, depending on the needs of the story.
The chapters build on one another and are meant to be read in order, unfolding gradually over time.
Character Collector Cards
Every mailing includes a full-color Character Collector card featuring someone from the story.
The cards are printed on sturdy postcard-style stock and are designed to be collected alongside the chapters as the story unfolds.
Many families enjoy saving the cards together or revisiting them as characters reappear later in the journey.
A Letter in the Mail
Each chapter arrives as a letter in the mail, tucked inside a simple kraft envelope and addressed to your child.
The envelope is part of the experience—something that arrives quietly in the mailbox and invites anticipation rather than urgency.
There are no screens, downloads, or logins involved. Just a story that arrives one chapter at a time.
Created to Be Kept
MailBox Story is not meant to be disposable. The chapters are designed to be saved, reread, and shared.
Over time, the letters come together to form a complete printed story—one your child can return to long after the final chapter has arrived.
