About the Author

Denise Dunn has been married to her high school sweetheart, Tom, for more than forty years. She is the mother of three grown children and the proud grandmother of nine grandchildren.

A former homeschooler, Denise is well acquainted with both the joys and challenges of that journey, and she holds deep respect for families who choose to take an active role in their children’s education.

Raised in Brockport, New York, Denise gave her life to Christ at the age of eight through the quiet faithfulness of a pastor’s wife and a local Bible club. Over the years, she has served in her church in many capacities, from the flower committee to drama ministry.

After becoming an empty nester, Denise turned her attention to writing. She hopes her stories will be enjoyed by readers of all ages and serve as a wholesome alternative for families seeking thoughtful, enduring stories for their children.
