After the second chapter has been mailed, the story is considered underway. Past installments are not refundable, but you may stop future mailings at any time.
Once canceled, no additional chapters will be prepared or billed.
Chapters already mailed or prepared are not refundable.
Monthly and yearly plans follow the same service rules — the only difference is billing structure.
The yearly plan is offered at a reduced price in exchange for committing to the full story. After the trial window, past installments are not refundable, but you may stop future shipments at any time.
We don’t rush shipments or bundle chapters together — the waiting is part of the experience.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 days after mailing depending on the postal service.
Address Changes
If an address is outdated or incorrect, we can resend the chapter at the replacement rate.
Please update your address before the next mailing date whenever possible.
We’ll send a replacement for a small fee that covers printing and postage.
After 30 days, chapters are treated as back issues.
Because they recreate past installments rather than replace a recent mailing, they are priced higher than replacements.
This keeps the experience fair for families who keep pace while still allowing anyone to reconnect the timeline.
