If it’s not the right fit for your household, we offer a simple and fair refund policy.

Monthly Subscriptions
If you cancel your monthly subscription within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund and you may keep any chapters you’ve already received.

After the 30-day refund window, you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Once canceled, no further payments will be charged.

You will receive all chapters that were paid for prior to cancellation.

Yearly Subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase, and you will receive a full refund. You may keep any chapters you have received.

After the 30-day refund window, yearly subscriptions will remain active for the remainder of the term. All scheduled chapters will continue to be mailed as planned.

How to Request a Refund
To cancel a subscription or request a refund within the 30-day window, please contact us directly. Include the name and email address used at checkout so we can locate your subscription quickly.
Subscriptions and Refunds

Upgrading Your Subscription
Families on a monthly subscription may upgrade to a yearly plan within the first three months of their subscription.

Missing or Damaged Mail
If a mailing arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, please let us know. We’ll make it right.
